Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This policy was drafted by Polsia and is not a substitute for legal advice from a qualified attorney.

ListPulse ("we," "our," or "us") helps local businesses manage how they appear across the internet. This policy explains what data we collect, why we need it, and what we do — and don't do — with it.

If you have questions, email support@listpulse.net.

What we collect

Business profile information you give us. When you sign up, you provide your name, email address, business name, and details about your locations (addresses, phone numbers, hours, categories, photos, descriptions). If you're managing multiple locations, we collect information about all of them.

Customer leads and messages. When someone messages your business through a platform we've connected — Google Business Profile, Facebook, Yelp, Apple Business Connect, or any other integrated directory — we receive and store those messages so our AI can help you respond. We also store any responses you send through our system.

Location and listing data. We store the coordinates and address details of your business locations, and we track how your listings perform across platforms — including whether they're verified, how complete they are, and what review activity they've received.

Usage data. We collect how you interact with our dashboard: which features you use, how often you log in, and what kinds of changes you make to your listings.

Device and connection info. We log your IP address, browser type, and operating system when you use ListPulse. This is standard for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use your data to:

  • Sync your business information to Google Business Profile, Facebook, Nextdoor, Yelp, Apple Business Connect, and Bing
  • Power AI-assisted responses to customer leads and messages
  • Show you a dashboard with your listing performance and review activity
  • Send you service-related notifications (e.g., new leads, sync failures, billing)
  • Detect and prevent unauthorized access or abuse of the service
  • Improve ListPulse and develop new features

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers. We don't use your customer messages to train AI models outside of operating ListPulse for you.

How we share it

Platform partners. To operate the listing sync, we share your business information with Google, Meta (Facebook), Nextdoor, Yelp, Apple, and Bing. Each platform's own privacy policy applies to how they handle your data — we encourage you to review those.

Service providers. We use third-party infrastructure (cloud hosting, databases) that may process your data under our instructions. These providers are contractually bound to keep your data secure and not use it for their own purposes.

Legal obligations. If law enforcement or a valid legal process requires us to hand over data, we will comply — and we'll tell you when legally permitted to do so.

Business transfers. If ListPulse is acquired or merged, your data will transfer to the new owner under the same protections described here.

Where we store it

ListPulse stores data on servers primarily located in the United States. If you're outside the US, your data may be transferred across borders, but we'll protect it to the standard described in this policy.

Data retention

  • Account data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after you delete it
  • Customer messages are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days
  • Logs and technical data are retained for up to 12 months
  • After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized

Your rights

You can:

  • Access your data by emailing support@listpulse.net
  • Correct inaccurate profile or location data through the dashboard or by contacting us
  • Delete your account and associated data — email support@listpulse.net to start the process
  • Export a copy of your data before deleting — ask us and we'll provide a machine-readable export
  • Object to certain processing — reach out and we'll work through it

If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR or UK GDPR. Contact us at support@listpulse.net.

California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of on that front.

Cookies and tracking

ListPulse uses cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We also use basic analytics to understand how people use the product — nothing that tracks you across the web.

You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.

Children's privacy

ListPulse is not designed for, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if we add new features, change how we handle data, or face legal requirements. We'll post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date. If the change is significant, we'll notify you by email or through the dashboard.
